My experience includes being a hospitality professional, remodeling homes, and being a professional licensed Home Inspector. I use my knowledge and experience to help educate my clients before they make any decision.

I utilize my expertise as someone who has remodeled dozens of homes as well as being a licensed professional home inspector to get the most for my clients. I work closely with my clients to help them understand what we can do in their home to bring them the most value. I also work with my clients to address defects prior to the inspection so we can close in a timely manner. Listing a home to me is personal, and I make sure the house is looking its best before going on the market. If you list and purchase your next home with me, I offer you a $5,000 remodel credit towards your current or future home, and cover the Photography and Inspection costs.

You may have questions about which walls can be removed, how much a kitchen remodel might cost, or whether or not there is hardwood floors under the carpet. I utilize my experience and knowledge to answer those questions for you on the spot. I help my clients understand which projects improve their homes value so they can make an educated decision on how to move forward.
